The
Jaguars Bridge Philosophy |
 |
 |
 |
Since the bursting of Japan’s
economic bubble, its economy has seen a decade of recession.
At last a soft landing is in sight, promising a period
of stable growth.
We strongly believe that the era of Pax Japonica is not
far away, when Japan will once more look to the world
and its economy will once more be a power.
“Pax Britannica” and “Pax Americana” refer to the eras
when Great Britain and the United States, respectively,
extended their dominion throughout the world, and British
and American companies consolidated their influence using
Mergers and Acquisitions as their strategy.
Members of the Jaguars Bridge team have accumulated a
wealth of experience in the global securities industry,
having been instrumental in making many of the Japanese
domestic and international deals in M&A.
Our mission is to act as pioneers of the era of Pax Japonica,
applying to the full our experience and expertise, and
our global networking capability, in advising our clients.
Our goal is to bring our clients success through creative
M&A strategies. |
 |
We at
Jaguars Bridge have seven principles that guarantee
our fiduciary duty to our clients |
 |
1 Neutrality & Independence
3 Flexibility

|
|
 |
