The main area of business of Jaguars
Bridge Inc is advisory services relating to Mergers & Acquisitions
(M&A). Hitherto companies wishing to expand into operations
abroad have in the main taken the route of setting up an overseas
subsidiary. Now, however, M&A has become the method of choice,
in recognition of the “time value” offered by this method.
With the advance of a borderless global economy and progress
in information technology, the age when M&A could be looked
at in terms of the parent company alone, or in terms of the
home market alone, is past. Today M&A must be considered
as an important option within a group’s corporate strategy as
a whole, and in the context of a global market strategy.
It is important to develop an M&A strategy for each corporate
client from the very beginning of the proposal and planning
stage. We believe M&A must be seen from a global perspective
in the context of corporate finance as a totality.
A growing number of companies are already implementing M&A
strategies from this viewpoint. We at Jaguars Bridge believe
that these companies are the ones that will have the edge in
international competitiveness.
We perform our role in a global perspective in such a way as
to play a part in our clients’ success, deploying the practical
M&A know-how and the extensive network we have built up. |
